Nash Property Solutions Ltd. are Independent Property Consultants, owned and operated by Matthew Nash.

A former Estate Agent with over 22 years experience working in the Shires, Matthew has been involved in the property market all his working life. He is therefore ideally placed to advise on all aspects of moving home, buying and selling property, letting and renting, building land, and new homes.

Matthew has a long standing reputation for straight-talking, no-nonsense, factual advice. His key aim in establishing ‘Nash Property Solutions’ is to remove the stress from buying, selling, renting, letting or developing property. From appointing an Estate Agent, through to making the arrangements for moving day, we are here to help.

Matthew’s career has included spells as a Director of ‘Nash Partnership’, a Hertfordshire based family run firm of estate agents, a Sales & Marketing Manager for a well regarded, low volume and high quality Housebuilder, and as a Partner in a National estate agency chain. In this role he also gained specialist knowledge relating to building plots and residential development on a large and small scale.
